Vic West’s blockbuster hit ‘Kuna Kuna’, which features Fathermoh, Savara, Brandy Maina and Thee Exit Band, is now headed for 21 million YouTube views!
As you read this, ‘Kuna Kuna’ has already surpassed 20.6M views and still counting, and based on the legacy the song has set so far, the 21 million mark is not far away, because more and more people keep getting hooked to this jam.
Meanwhile, all this comes just days after ‘Kuna Kuna’ scooped the East Africa Arts Entertainment (EAEA) Award for the People’s Choice Collaboration Single of the Year, which is another huge milestone for Vic West, Fathermoh, Savara, Brandy Maina and Thee Exit Band.
With ‘Kuna Kuna’, Vic West definitely set the bar so high for other Gengetone artists; no wonder the song has since managed to sweep across Africa and other parts of the world within just a few months of its release.
Actually, based on ‘Kuna Kuna’ and all the other successful studio projects that Vic West has worked on with fellow Kenyan artists, there is no doubt that he stands out as a beacon of creativity that is shining brightly in the Gengetone realm!
