Swat Matire Raises Gengetone Torch With ‘Bad Girl’ ft. Fathermoh  & Shekina Karen

Gengetone is increasingly becoming a popular music genre across the continent,  thanks to artists like Swat Matire, Fathermoh, Shekina Karen and others who are endlessly releasing  great music in this genre.

Just a few days ago, Swat Matire dropped a sizzling Gengetone jam dubbed ‘Bad Girl’, which has since become one of the hottest club bangers in Kenya.

Now trending at No#16 on YouTube, with over 102K views just three days after its premiere, ‘Bad Girl’ is the song that is on everybody’s lips nowadays.

It is worth noting that the Gengetone scene is constantly evolving, with new artists like Swat Matire rising to prominence and challenging the status quo, which is healthy competition for the industry.

Actually, one of Swat Matire’s ardent fans only identified as Angana Jnr Vlog commented thus after streaming ‘Bad Girl’ on YouTube; “Never thought Gengetone could grow and have educative content…Fathermoh brought the vibe Swat the Introduction and Shekina patches it with the HIP HOP vibe dopeness!”
