Fans are still questioning why Boondocks Gang are not making music together anymore, while still rumours are revolving around Maddox Mkuruweng has dropped a suprise 7 track EP dubbed ‘Black Canvas’. For a minute the Gengetone music industry has been having a gap, this EP is the only hope of retaining and channeling Gengetone music to back to limelight again. Maddox Mkuruweng has played a big role in re uniting Gengetone artists, on this project we’ve witnessed songs featuring top ranked artists like Kidis, Alma, Paka Mkali, Gazlor and Iman Kenya. This studio EP was well invested into and thought about, the tracklist is nothing like what we’ve heard this year. He recently dropped visuals to one of the songs off the EP, ‘Rider’ is doing well in terms of numbers on the streaming platforms.
