Gifted Ugandan vocalist Kenneth Mugabi, who dropped a sizzling jam titled ‘Take Me Back’ a few days ago, is slated to perform at the 15th Edition of the annual Bayimba Festival, which is happening this week starting August 9th to 13, 2023, at Lunkulu Island, in Buikwe District.
Mugabi is already warming up to thrill partiers with a live experience of ‘Take Me Back’ and several other songs off his latest album ‘People Of The Land’.
Revelers at the Bayimba Festival will also be treated to live performances by several other Ugandan artists who are set to share the stage with Mugabi as he will be doing his thing.
It should be noted that Mugabi’s latest studio project ‘Take Me Back’, which has caught the attention of thousands of Ugandan soul music lovers, is already causing a storm on YouTube, with 11K views just 9 days after its release.
‘Take Me Back’ is a sweet, sensational ballad that focuses on forgiveness, reconciliation, love and commitment in a relationship, themes that make it stand out amongst other songs on the Ugandan music scene currently.
