The East African music scene is yet to witness a timeless banger like ‘Nwanilaako’, the latest release by diva Nina Roz, who is one of Uganda’s most illustrious artists.
A tune that has turned out to be so infectious, ‘Nwanilaako’ is now playing in neighbouring Rwanda, where the video has since debuted on popular Rwanda TV station Bplus TV!
And, information coming in from our sources in Kigali indicates that ‘Nwanilaako’ is not only being accorded massive airplay on Bplus and other TV stations but the song is also booming in nightclubs and bars there.
Being an artist who traces her roots to Rwanda this shouldn’t come as a surprise, because Nina Roz commands a huge fan base there but what’s important to note is that the song is also playing in other countries like Burundi, Kenya, and Tanzania.
This means that ‘Nwanilaako’ has become an East African sensation that fans across the region can’t easily get enough of, which explains why over 132K people are streaming the video on YouTube yet the number of streams keeps growing daily.
By the way, in case you haven’t been lucky enough to watch the video on BPlus or any of your favourite TV channels, just tap the link above to stream the video on YouTube!
