Blaq Smith, a rising artist from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), has dropped a fresh single dubbed ‘Company’, a jam that many of his fans will find so palatable to their ears.

Now available for streaming on YouTube and digital platforms, ‘Company’ is a song in which Blaq Smith is out to tell the world that everybody needs somebody in their life because that’s the easiest way to progress.

His message is about people uniting and working together for the goodness of humanity instead of always fighting and tearing each other down for selfish reasons.

According to Blaq Smith, the song ‘Company’ was inspired by the current political strife in the DR. Congo, which has left hundreds of Congolese dead, internally displaced, and scores of others exiled.

‘Company’ is thus a song that deserves global attention, especially because what is happening in Congo is also prevalent in several other countries around the world.

Originally performing under the Congolese duo Beni Boyz, Blaq Smith this time round decided to go solo on this one, because of the very important message he intends to pass on through ‘Company’.
