The management of international music label Black Market Records led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Cedric Singleton, have expanded their presence on the airwaves by unveiling an online radio station called Gengetone Radio.

Specializing in playing purely gengetone music from across East Africa, the main objective of the radio is to create a platform for gengetone artists on which to broadcast their music.

“We are proud to announce, we have launched Gengetone Radio http://www.gengetoneradio.com in its beta stage, Singleton said shortly after launching the station on Sunday.

He added that; “It is live and kicking.  Watch us grow from here.”

This because whereas the gengetone genre is very popular among youths especially in Kenya, very few radio stations in Kenya accord it adequate airplay.

With this new station, gengetone music lovers across  East Africa now know where  to stream all their favourite music, because Gengetone Radio is now the biggest fountain of this music genre all over the world!

You can click the link to stream Gengetone Radio live or check the station out on Spotify, Sound Cloud, Google Podcasts or on Apple Podcasts.
