‘Souci’ is this badass, empowered, but kind of deeper, inspiring song by the Nande Boyz, a Congolese group that is currently located in Uganda.
The mentality I put out before listening to this hit was a bit more of the usual band voice mixes, but then I got to listen to this song and trust me or not, it’s a masterpiece!
From the storyline, to the voices from these amazing upcoming artists, to the outfits and lyrics; everything is just well pieced together.
‘Souci’ portrays a theme of belief that one day everything will be alright and that the struggles we face on a daily basis are just a test, because in the end God will make a way.
‘Souc’i is among the songs featured on their latest new 6-track EP project titled Safari.
Well, it seems like Safari, which translates to journey in English, is significant to how far the Nande Boyz have come, how far they are going, and why they cannot give up while they are still at it.
The EP includes songs like ‘Panadol’, ‘Its Okay’, ‘Tumewakera’, ‘Filter’, ‘Souci’ and ‘Safari’.
For their first ever project, these guys seem promising and we can’t wait to see more of this talent out in the music world.
Stream ‘Souci’ via all digital platforms and listen to the full EP on YouTube.
