Black Market Records Signs Up Ghanaian Afro Beats Artist Kwesi Mafia

Kwesi Mafia,  a celebrated Afro Beats, dancehall music and reggae artist in Ghana, is one of the latest recruits by international music label Black Market Records!

This multi-talented artist, who is also a sound engineer, brings a new flavour to the music industry, and will go at lengths to extend the presence of Black Market Records as a record label in Ghana.

Popularly known for his massive single ‘Money Love’, Kwesi Mafia has imprinted his footing in the Ghanaian music industry by dropping several records and is steadily progressing in his career.

However, now that he is set to do music under the management of Black Market Records, there is no doubt about the fact that his music career is headed to another level.

Real name Bernard Takyi and born in Koforidua, Ghana, Kwesi Mafia is an artist with a unique passion for music, which has seen him steadily build a stable music career over time.

He started recording music and writing songs for other artists at seventeen years of age and since then he has never looked back.

Over the years, he went on to record an album and release a number of music videos, projects that have seen him become one of the renowned musicians in Ghana.

He is currently in the studio working on music projects that will be distributed under the management of Black Market Records, so, be ready to hear from him soon!
