‘Mapeng’ By Boondocks Gang Continues On Its Upward Trajectory

Famous Kenyan musical group Boondocks are not doing badly at all, musically speaking.

They have started off the new year with their latest banger ‘Mapeng’, which is an All-star project that features several other renowned Kenyan artists.

Besides the Boondocks Gang, the other artists on ‘Mapeng’ include; Fathermoh, Joefes, i-Phoolish, Exray Taniua, Teslah, Unspoken Salaton among others.

The video, which is being distributed via Black Market Records, has already harvested over 40K YouTube views within three weeks of its release, although this is just the tip of the iceberg because the project is continuing on its upward course to the top.

Currently one of the songs trending on airwaves and booming in Kenyan night clubs, ‘Mapeng’, which is one of the tracks on the Boondocks Gang’s latest EP titled Ghetto Genius, has become a must-play jam for several DJs and selectors, because it has since become a sensation among thousands of partiers.

This is the first time the Boondocks Gang have featured several Kenyan artists on a studio project and this song is by all means bound to become a monster hit, because all the artists on the project have huge fan bases.
