Kenya and Uganda have a lot of things in common and one of those is the music that cuts across the borders for both countries.
Currently, partiers in both Uganda and Kenya are grooving to Vic West tantalizing jam ‘Kuna Kuna’, which features Fathermoh, Thee Exit Band, Brandy Maina and Savara.
While ‘Kuna Kuna’ is trending on YouTube and toping music charts in Kenya, the song is also being treated to massive airplay in Uganda, where it is rocking night clubs and doing round on airwaves.
‘Kuna Kuna’, which has since its release attracted over 9.5M views, is a studio project that has not only been widely accepted in Uganda and Kenya but also across the world.
The song has since brought Vic West and the rest of the artists on the record into the living room thereby brings and favourite hangouts for millions of people.
Thanks to ‘Kuna Kuna’, Vic West this year scooped two awards in the Pulse Music Video Awards (PMVAs), which were held recently in Nairobi, Kenya, in the categories of Best Producer of the Year and Viewers’ Choice.
