Ugandan dancehall artist Legion East has hit the limelight shortly after dropping his debut video dubbed ‘My City’.
‘My City’ is already doing rounds on TV stations across the country just a few hours after its release, which is a positive for Legion East, because it means his music is widely being embraced.
So far, Urban TV is in the lead among stations that have treated ‘My City’ to warm reception and we are sure others are following suit soon.
Meanwhile, ‘My City’ is also being extensively streamed on YouTube and the views attracted by the jam so far indicate that it is a very promising project.
This thrilling video, which has signs of dominating the airwaves in a short time, officially thrusts Legion East into the Ugandan music arena as a formidable entertainer, a reputation he will have to maintain over time.
But all this comes at a time when ‘My City’ is one of the bangers rocking night clubs around the country, because it is a song that speaks directly to the common Ugandan.
