The new giant on the African music scene is multi-talented Kenyan artist Vic West, who is also a renowned producer, songwriter and videographer.

His firecracker jam ‘Kuna Kuna’, which features Fathermoh, Brandy Maina, Thee Exit Band and Savara has surpassed 15M views on YouTube!

As a real, cool 15M views and still counting! I mean, which other artist from around East, Central and Southern Africa boasts of such success?

Making 15M within four months of its release and topping music charts for the same period of time is a historical record that ‘Kuna Kuna’ has registered on the African music scene.

The latest rankings from East Africa’s leading music analysts Music Charts 254 indicate that ‘Kuna Kuna’ is among the first 3 songs on the list of the hottest Top 20 songs in Kenya currently.

‘Kuna Kuna’ is also topping music charts on Trace Mziiki, which is a leading music TV station in East Africa, an indication that this tune is currently the biggest Gengetone jam of all time.

And besides that, after rising from 1 to 15M views, ‘Kuna Kuna’ has potential to make it to 20M views and we invite you to click the link to stream the video on YouTube, so that we can push it there.
