Kenyan artists Fathermoh and Ssaru are dominating the limelight, thanks to their volatile jam dubbed ‘Kaskie Vibaya’, which is trending everywhere.
‘Kaskie Vibaya’, which came as a surprise to many of their fans, is doing wonders on YouTube, where millions of people are streaming the video.
With over 2.6M views so far, ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ is now on the journey to hitting the 3M mark, just a month after its release.
This is a commendable record breaker for Fathermoh and Ssaru, because very few Kenyan artists can claim to have achieved this success within such a short time.
Besides the exceptional performance on YouTube however, ‘Kaskie Vibaya’, which trended for several weeks immediately after its release, is still dominant on music charts around Africa.
But it should be noted that there is nothing sophisticated about ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ that is making the song this big.
The secret behind ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ is that it is a very relatable song, especially because it is a story about a battle between a young man and a sugar daddy for a babe, a scenario which several youth easily identify with today.
By the way, since the video is already on YouTube, why don’t you tap the link to stream it, to get the real picture of what we’re talking about here.
