Boomplay Names ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ & ‘Kuna Kuna’ Among Most Streamed Songs In May

International digital streaming platform Boomplay has named ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ by Fathermoh ft. Ssaru and ‘Kuna Kuna’, by Vic West ft. Fathermoh, Savara, Thee Exit Band and Savara among the songs that posted the highest number of streams during the month of May.

Endorsing ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ and ‘Kuna Kuna’ as massive hits, Boomplay tweeted Thursday thus; “Unveiling the hottest tracks of May 2023! Check out the most streamed songs on Boomplay, making waves and shaping the Billboard Charts. What’s your fav hit song on the chart or you wish to see being featured next month?

‘Kaskie Vibaya and Kuna Kuna’ feature on the same list with other tracks like ‘Sawa’ by Jay Melody, ‘Mahaba’ by Alikiba, ‘Puhh’ by Billnass ft. This however doesn’t come as a surprise to many Gengetone enthusiasts, especially because ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ and ‘Kuna Kuna’ are some of the songs shaping the Kenyan entertainment scene nowadays.
