Celebrated Ugandan diva Nina Roz real name Nina Akankunda, who is signed to Black Market Records, is overjoyed after she was gifted with a brand-new car on Thursday, following the life-changing experience she has undergone for the past few months.
The car, a sleek white Mark X, was handed over to Nina Roz by her manager Derrick PAC, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PAC Management, who was flanked by officials from Black Market Records, during a function that was held at Serena Hotel, Kampala.
According to manager Derrick, Nina Roz was gifted with the car as a gesture of appreciating her for being so hard-working and enduring all the difficult challenges she has braved through the past few months.
It should be noted that ever since she developed misunderstandings, Nina Roz became so depressed and heartbroken, although that didn’t discourage her from pushing on with her music career.
While receiving the car gift Nina Roz, who shed tears of joy, said; “I can’t believe it. Thank you so much. You just made my day; actually my year.”
Asked by journalists if she saw the car coming, Nina Roz said; “I saw a car coming but I didn’t expect something great like this. I know I’m hardworking, I can’t deny that, but I didn’t expect this. But working hard is not the issue, what matters most is working with people who appreciate your work.”
Meanwhile, it should be noted that Nina Roz is set to release a new song titled ‘Kikole’, her latest project for the new year, which is anticipated to become a club banger across the country.
But she has in the past outed several songs like; ‘Billboard Kipande’, ‘Andele’ ft Daddy Andre, ‘Mbikooye’ ft Oliki, ‘Nangana’ ft Daddy Andre, ‘Fire’, ‘Rudi Nyumbani’ ft Mbuzi Gang, among others.
