Black Market Films has unveiled ‘Blindsided’, a new short film that will blow away the Kenyan music audience because it’s a combination of drama, love, betrayal, intrigue and so much more!
Starring Brenda Ochieng, Cjay Slim and Victor Auta, ‘Blindsided’ is a film about a girl, Sue, who discovers that she’s pregnant, but isn’t sure about the kid’s father, so a close friend tells her to find a man who will take responsibility.
She first approaches Vincent, her steady and reliable boyfriend, but is met with denial and rejection. Heartbroken, Sue turns to Bobby, her unpredictable and wild lover, expecting another letdown. To her surprise, Bobby is thrilled and vows to change his ways for her and their child.
They however encounter a shocking revelation when Vincent and Bobby cross paths at a prenatal clinic. Vincent is there with his pregnant girlfriend, Eliza, while Sue is there with Bobby. The two men confront each other, unaware of the impending revelation.
When Sue emerges from the doctor’s office and Eliza steps out of the washroom, the four are stunned to see each other. Vincent and Sue are shocked to realize they are both expecting children with different partners. Eliza, oblivious to Vincent’s past with Sue, is equally surprised. Bobby, caught in the middle, is left bewildered by the unfolding drama.
