According to the synopsis, ‘Greedy’ is a hard-hitting urban drama, born in the streets of the American dream. When the streets are good they are very good but when they are bad you can lose everything, including your life.
The movie is about Taye (played by rapper Chopah) who is living a hustler’s dream, making money and planning to marry the love of his life.
But, in the blink of an eye his world is devastated after his fiancée is murdered before his eyes and he is later sent to jail.
Upon his return home there is unfinished business, with his old hustle played out, he assembles a dangerous crew (played by rappers Cilla Caine, K-5 Da Natural and Bad Credit) from his hood.
They pull off a series of spectacular, well-coordinated robberies until envy and jealousy begins to undermine his team, making betrayal inevitable, because there’s no one to trust.
