Mochoa is a slang word for ‘drinking’ thus Mochability is the possibility of one getting drunk.
In this single, Joefes sings to the experience of getting buzzed with a friend or rather ‘morio’ .That his friend suggests that they go get drunk whilst he was just at home chilling with nothing planned yet.
