Tanzania has a rising music gem in Blvck Queen, a very versatile artist who is set to unveil her debut album dubbed ‘Malkia Mweusi’ this Wednesday, September 04th, on Midundo Radio.
Midundo Radio, which is one of Tanzania’s popular radio stations, will be hosting Blvck Queen during the Haki Za Msanii show which will run from 5:00Pm-7:30Pm, where she will tell her fans in Tanzania all about her music career, plus what her plans in the music industry are.
‘Malkia Mweusi’, the album that Blvck Queen will be unveiling features the following tracks which she performed with several Kenyan artists; ‘Money’ ft. Unspoken Salaton, ‘Poa’ ft. Joefes, ‘Utanibamba’ ft. Team Veterans, ‘Turn On’ ft. Boondocks Gang, ‘Yout Mkora’ ft. Odi wa Muranga, ‘Willy Wonka’ ft. Don Classic, ‘Kichwa Kimejaa’, ‘Level Up’, ‘Huyu Jamaa’ ‘Tekenya’.
She is also thrilling her fans across East Africa with a music video dubbed ‘Rum In My Cup’, a palpitating party anthem she performs with Kenyan songstress Teslah.
It should be noted, however, that although Blvck Queen is originally from Tanzania, she is gaining lots of ground on the Kenyan music scene and unveiling her album in Tanzania will be a big homecoming.
