The Boondocks Gang, who are a famous singing trio in Kenya, are making headlines shortly after they released a fresh EP dubbed Ghetto Genius.
The Boondocks Gang are enjoying the limelight currently after gracing Boomplay billboards in Kenya, courtesy of their new EP Ghetto Genius.
A number of streets in Kenya are lined with Boomplay billboards advertising the EP Ghetto Genius, which is an indication that the project is performing well on the popular digital streaming platform.
It should be noted however that this is a huge milestone for the Boondocks Gang, because it is not every day that an African artist gets such acknowledgement from an international digital streaming platform like Boomplay.
Besides Boomplay however, the Ghetto Genius EP is also available for streaming on YouTube and features the following tracks; ‘Mapeng’, ‘Bure Kabisa’, ‘Izi Ni Gani’, ‘Leo Mpaka’, ‘Naskia Wah’ ft Ethic Entertainment and ‘Ngakunywa Yote’ ft Unspoken Salaton.
With this studio project we are bound to see and hear lots more from the Boondocks Gang, whose music is dominating airwaves in Kenya and all-over East Africa.
