Mucho Birbo, a Cuban rapper who recently signed up with Black Market Records, is venturing into new ground with his maiden album dubbed ‘D’ Vuelta’, which is his first mega project under the record label.
‘D’ Vuelta’ is a massive project that features collabos Mucho did with various Cuban artists and the album, which available on YouTube, comes with the following tracks; ‘Abuela’, ‘Cosas Buenas Temas’, ‘El Putangueo’ ft Dulcesito, ‘Estoy Pa Party Tema’ ft Charanga Habanera & Livan Pro, ‘Fiesta Latina Tema’ ft Damian Desiguales, Angel El White & Anthony Puig, ‘Mi Vecina Tema’, ‘Se Canso’ ft DJ Conds, ‘Se Formo’ ft Wildey, ‘Shiina’ ft Amigos No Por Favor Cover Tema Okoko, ‘Soy Yo Tema Okokok’ ft July Roby, ‘Te Equivocastes’ ft Angel El White and ‘Tu y Yo
Real name Bárbaro Lores Carrillo, Mucho Birbo was born in Havana, Cuba on November 29 to Miguel Lores and María C Carrillo.
He grew up as a child in a neighborhood called El Naranjo, where he attended primary school.
At the age of 13 and due to the wave of Panamanian and Puerto Rican reggaeton, which was widely heard on the island, he decided to start singing and together with other artists they formed a small group of singers.
In 2006, he was invited to a show by the Cuban Group GENTE DE ZONA, at La Macumba Hababa, through the mediation of his cousin Alexander Campanioni, since he was a musician with the Bamboleo Orchestra.
In 2009, he began working for a Spanish record label called Caribe Music.
Then in 2016, he became part of a Cuban band called LKM, where he began collaborating with the toughest artists of the genre on the island, such as Chacal, Taiger, Charanga Habanera, among others, making himself known more in the island and some other places in the world.
In 2020 he made his first international collaboration, together with the Jamaican singer and producer Chaka Demus.
He has since then been nominated for many awards in Cuba, collaborated on records by many great artists from the island and from other cultures.
