The airwaves in Uganda and across East Africa are being rattled by a heart-throbbing new jam from Daddy Andre featuring Mikie Wine dubbed ‘Empeta’.
A thrilling Afropop tune, ‘Empeta’ has become the latest party anthem of sorts, blazing at bars, night clubs and several hangouts around the country.
‘Empeta’, now trending No.#18 on YouTube with over 40K views and still counting, is proof that music fans easily embrace a song with a message that appeals to them.
This is mainly because whereas ‘Empeta’ is a dancehall tune, the lyrics in the song mainly focus on true, everlasting love, reason why Daddy Andre and Mikie Wine manage to appeal to a very wide audience with this particular studio project.
The rate at which ‘Empeta’ is being streamed on YouTube and other digital streaming platforms is indicative of the fact that the song is a sure hit and fast-growing in ranking.
