‘Geza Bugeza’ Star Nina Roz Endorses New Musicians Federation

Nina Roz, who has out a massive club banger dubbed ‘Geza Bugeza’, has endorsed a new Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) that was launched in Kampala a few days ago.

Nina Roz, who has out a massive club banger dubbed ‘Geza Bugeza’, has endorsed a new Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) that was launched in Kampala a few days ago.

The launch of the Federation, which is headed by musician Eddy Kenzo as interim president, was graced by the Prime Minister Hon. Robinah Nabbanja as Chief Guest.

In her remarks, the Prime Minister promised to fight for the rights of artists, noting that the government will invest resources in the Federation.

Nabbanja also urged the musicians to count on her for support and assured them of the government’s dedication to foster the growth and success of the music industry.

Nina Roz, who heads the Federation’s Disciplinary Committee, is in tandem with the rest of the members and to express her support for the Federation, the singer wrote on Social Media thus;  “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH , we deserve what belongs to US. We are worth more than what we see or know.”

It should be noted that this is a huge milestone for the Ugandan music industry, because musicians now have an umbrella platform that they will use to advocate for their rights.

The main objective of the Federation is to unite musicians and promote their interests in Uganda by bringing together all associations in the industry under one umbrella.

The Federation will also focus on collaboration and growth, creating new opportunities for musicians and stakeholders in the Ugandan music industry.

Eddy Kenzo was unanimously voted the Federation’s interim president, along with Vice Presidents Sheebah Karungi, Pallaso, and Juliana Kanyomozi, whose leadership is supported by various committee chairs and regional representatives.

Special Interest groups: Moses Matovu

Compliance & Regulation: Silver Kyagulanyi

Disciplinary Committee: Nina Rose
