Several Ugandan musicians have succumbed to the political bug and the latest to join the bandwagon is Nina Roz, who has out a pulsating music video dubbed ‘Nwanilaako’, which is being streamed by over 180K fans on YouTube.
Our Paparazzi recently revealed how Nina Roz, whose jam ‘Nwanilaako’ is enjoying massive airplay across Uganda, has since expressed her interest in contesting for the Sembabule District Woman Member of Parliament seat in the 2026 general election.
Well, we have since learnt that Nina Roz, who is a darling not only in Sembabule but also across the country, is so determined to pursue her political ambitions and that nothing or no one is about to stop her.
“Politics is what keeps this whole world moving. There is no way you can avoid being part of it. If I was chosen by the people (in any political position) I would take it,” Nina Roz posted this week on her social media platforms, reiterating her resolve to pursue a political career.
However, that won’t stop her from continuing to thrill Ugandans with great music just as she is doing with ‘Nwanilaako’, a jam that stirs great vibes, especially among Ugandan Afrobeat enthusiasts.
