‘Hallelujah’ Star Nina Roz Urges Fans On Physical Health Vigilance

Leading Ugandan female artist Nina Roz, who has out a massive hit dubbed ‘Hallelujah’, featuring Pr. Wilson Bugembe, has urged her fans to always be vigilant about their mental and physical health.

Nina Roz, who has since discovered the benefits of having a body that is mentally and physically sound, made the revelation on Tuesday morning on social media, where she shared photos of her during a working out session in the gym.

“As the year ends, your mental /physical health is equally important as anything you’re focusing on right now.

Don’t lose yourself trying to please the world,” Nina Roz captioned the photos she shared on X, Instagram and her other social media platforms.

Well, we can’t agree any more or less with Nina Roz, because almost everyone knows that it is very vital to keep our mental and physical health in check, if we are to be productive and stay focused on everything we do.

Meanwhile, physical and mental aside, Nina Roz continues to   dominate the Ugandan music scene with ‘Hallelujah’, a song that is not only airing prominently on numerous TV stations but also boasts of over 257K YouTube and still counting.
