Music is always inspired by real life situations and ‘Kaskie Vibaya’, a blockbuster jam by Fathermoh featuring Sylvia Ssaru is a typical illustration of this.

In ‘Kaskie Vibaya’, Fathermoh and Ssaru paint a picture of a young man competing with elderly man for a babe, a situation that several youth around the world readily identify with.

In this confrontation, the guy tells the girl “I have more money than your father and you can do nothing about it!”

The lady then counters the guy by telling him, “I have lots of money and it belongs to your father and you can also do nothing about it, meaning your father is my sugar daddy, I am your stepmother!” And the confrontation continues through the lyrics.

This is a very creative piece based on a real life situation and because of this, ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ is currently one of the most popular jams in East Africa.

With over 2.3M YouTube and the potential of posting almost 100K views per day,  ‘Kaskie Vibaya’ has made Fathermoh and Ssaru dominant figures on the entertainment scene  across Africa.
