Odi Wa Murang’a, one of Kenya’s Gengetone kingpins, has out a jam dubbed ‘Matime’, featuring Fathermoh and Joefes, which is making everyone scratch their heads, because it is so thought-provoking!

Thousands of his fans wonder what Odi Wa Murang’a was thinking when he set out to perform this track, because it is not only a pulsating jam, but also a Firestarter for anyone who wants to live their life without anyone holding them back.

‘Hakuna Matime’, which is the overriding catchy phrase in the jam, can be literary translated to English to mean; “There’s no time!”

This is a statement that definitely resonates well with everyone who is focused on doing their thing or pursuing their goals without giving a damn about anyone who is intent on distracting them or wasting their time.

Take it or leave it, ‘Matime’ is a jam that is dedicated to achievers, not naysayers; it is a song only for those who walk the talk, not the mumbo-jumbo type!

The song’s captivating lyrics shed light on the state of society, challenging listeners to question the status quo of the life they live, and the people around them, because only then will they be able to determine whether they are dealing with focused people or time-wasters.

However, all that aside, the most intriguing thing is that Odi Wa Murang’a is soon dropping a video for  this tune,  which is bound to make ‘Matime’ even more volatile.

But before the video drops, let’s all hit the link above to stream the audio on YouTube, so as to get to know what we are dealing with here!
