Gengetone groups Rico Gang and the Mbuzi Gang have out a new jam titled ‘Miondoko’, which is currently rocking airwaves all over East Africa.
In ‘Miondoko’, which is already available for streaming on YouTube, the Rico Gang and Mbuzi Gang party up a storm without fear or favour to anyone.
A very captivating jam, ‘Miondoko’ has since featured amongst the Top 100 new Kenyan songs on YouTube.
With over 145K YouTube views and still counting, ‘Miondoko’, which comes off the Rico Gang’s latest album Sababisha, is one of the songs that have become irresistible to Gengetone music lovers in East Africa and beyond.
Of late, Kenyan music has the toughest competition and although every artist wants to outdo the other, what’s important is that whenever these musicians do a collabo it becomes an instant hit and with ‘Miondoko’, the Rico Gang and Mbuzi Gang can ably testify to this.
‘Miondoko’ is a studio project which not only proves that the Rico Gang and Mbuzi Gang are the kingpins of Gengetone, but also brings to light the fact that no competitor is about to unseat them from their throne.
