Ugandan artist Neliah Kansiime, popularly known as Neliah, unveiled her latest studio project dubbed ‘Ekintu’ to the Kenyan audience on Trace FM on Thursday evening during an exclusive interview.
Hosted by Trace FM’s Jojo Kibare, Neliah, who is on a working vacation, took time to share with her fans in Kenya all about her music journey, plus the projects she is working on while there that she is set to release soon.
Neliah took listeners through her music journey revealing how she started up as a backup singer, later rose through the ranks and honed her skill into becoming one of Uganda’s promising musicians with tracks like; ‘Temala’, ‘Badder Love’, ‘Different’, ‘Empress Talk’ and others.
Although she is a rising artist Neliah is already making a great impact not only in Uganda but also across the East African scene and the attention she is garnering in Kenya can attest to this.
With over 68K fans streaming ‘Ekintu’ on YouTube, it’s obvious that Neliah has gripped the interest of many Ugandan music lovers and that they will always be looking out to hear from her.
