Popular Kenyan singing duo the Rico Gang is altering the Gengetone scene as we initially knew it by dropping ground-breaking jams back-to-back.
Their new video ‘Bariki Mzinga’, which features Odi Wa Muranga, K4 Kanali, Swat Matire, Hypegad and DJ Joe Mfalme, is a massive all-star collabo that is already causing tremors in the Kenyan music industry.
The Rico Gang has been around the entertainment scene long enough to appreciate the power of combined forces, that’s why every collabo they do works out for them.
They started by featuring Mbuzi Gang on ‘Miondoko’, a project that soon went viral on Tik Tok and has since garnered over 3M YouTube views.
Now with ‘Bariki Mzinga’, they tap into the resourcefulness of talented artists like Odi Wa Muranga, DJ Joe Mfalme, Swat Matire, Hypegad and K4 Kanali, who really mashed up this tune!
‘Bariki Mzinga’, which has already attracted tens of thousands of views on YouTube just hours after its release, happens to be the newest Gengetone vibe and nothing is about to change that.
