Famous Kenyan singing group Mbuzi Gang over the weekend survived kissing death after they got involved in an accident as they returned home from an event performing at an event.

Famous Kenyan singing group Mbuzi Gang over the weekend survived kissing death after they got involved in an accident as they returned home from an event performing at an event.

Although details about the accident are still scanty, sources close to the trio reveal that the incident happened as Mbuzi Gang members returned from performing at an event dubbed Disco Matanga.

Fortunately, the latest details are that the musicians who include; Fathermoh, Joefes and iPhoolish are in stable health condition after surviving the accident with minor injuries.

Shortly after the incident, Mbuzi Gang members wrote on social media thus;

“Tunatoka show sound system umbwakni (Disco Matanga) alafu accident.

A Disco Matanga also known as ‘Disco Funeral’ is a cultural funeral practice of the Luo in Nyanza Province Kenya, which is held prior to the burial of a departed loved one.

Prior to heading to the Disco Matanga however, the Mbuzi Gang earlier on staged a thrilling live performance the Sigalagala Polytechnic Party, where they rocked the audience with an energetic performance.

Meanwhile, all  this comes at  a time when Mbuzi Gang are reeling with happiness after their blockbuster Gengetone jam dubbed ‘Shamra Shramra’, which features Mejja, hit over 10M YouTube views.
