‘Under Wraps’ Star Mugabi To Perform Live At HiPipo Awards

Celebrated Ugandan vocalist Kenneth Mugabi, who is affiliated to Black Market Records, is slated to thrill revellers at this year’s HiPipo awards with a stunning live performance.

The much-acclaimed HiPipo awards will be held at Serena Hotel, Kampala, on November 18^th, 2022 and is anticipated to be the biggest awards ceremony this year.

Mugabi, who is known for his famous songs like ‘Under Wraps’, ‘Fire & Water’ among others off his album People of the Land, will give fans his whole during the event, which returns after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings and concerts.

Multi-award-winning vocalist Mugabi will be sharing the stage together with some of Uganda’s finest musicians, among them Bebe Cool, Naava Grey and Afande Miah.

Mugabi is currently doing rehearsal so as to ready himself and vocals ahead of the big day, such that he can be able to thrill his fans without any fear or favour.

Meanwhile, it should be noted that Mugabi is soon dropping a video for his popular love ballad ‘Under Wraps’, which is premiering on YouTube in a few days’ time via Black Market Records.
