Famous teenage Ugandan performing group the Zari Dancers Africa have released the official audio for their latest single ‘Dike’.
A purely party song, ‘Dike’ is the second sizzling project exclusively done by the Zari Dancers and it comes after their debut song ‘Kelewa’, which they dropped a few months ago.
The new project ‘Dike’ is slated to fast-track the Zari Dancers’ music career, because it comes with splendid production and a unique style of choreography.
Being their second project, ‘Dike’ comes with lots of lyrical maturity and positive vibes from the Zari Dancers, which will keep their fans occupied with a full dose of entertainment.
Their new song ‘Dike’, which premiered on YouTube via Black Market Records, is a blazing dancehall jam which is set to raise the bar higher for other Ugandan dance groups.
It should be noted that the Zari Dancers initially started out as a simple idea that was hatched by a group of four youths namely; Zaina aka Zari, Josephine (DVJ Nagi), Mathew (Mc Mist) and Saudah in 2013, when they started gathering young kids from the neighboring ghetto homesteads and started sensitizing them about the effects of getting involved in criminal activities.
The group kicked off their commercial dancing career in 2013 and has since worked with several big-name artistes like; David Lutalo (Onsanuula), Daxx Kartel (Omupangisa), Mesarch Ssemakula (Onkuba), Aziz Azion, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, Gravity Omutujju and Fik Fameica (Muko) ‘Bambi’ by Mbuzi Gang, ‘This Boy’ by Angella Katatumba, ‘For You’ by Shakira Shakiraa, ‘Bwoti’ by Daddy Andre feat Fik Fameica and ‘Call Me’ by Junior Gentle, among others.
