Black Market Films has released the long-awaited short film ‘Blindsided’, now available for streaming on YouTube and is soon hitting TV screens in Kenya!
‘Blindsided’ is a visual masterpiece that is bound to redefine the face of the Kenyan film industry mainly because of the captivating themes and stunning plot that keep viewers on tenterhooks as they watch it.
Written by Brenda Ochieng and Alex Henry, ‘Blindsided’ is a tale of love, romance, betrayal, endurance and suspense that will grip every viewer the first time they watch this film.
The film, which will captivate the Kenyan audience, is about a girl, Sue, who discovers that she has conceived but isn’t sure about the kid’s father, so, a close friend advises her to find a man to make him take responsibility for the pregnancy.
Left with no other option, Sue approaches Vincent, her steady and reliable boyfriend, who, however, treats her with rejection. Sue, now very desperate, goes to Bobby, her other wayward lover, who surprises her by accepting to take responsibility.
Drama arises later when the two men bump into each other at a clinic where Vincent had gone with his pregnant girlfriend, Eliza, and Bobby with Sue. A confrontation sparks off between them and action kicks off!
