Real name Sarah Moraa, Shourtie is a budding artist from a small town called Suneka in Kisii County, Kenya, although she is currently based in Nairobi and Kampala.
Her music style is a fusion of Afrobeat and dancehall (Afro-dancehall) and being multilinguistic, Shourtie performs Ekegusii, English, Swahili, and a few other languages.
